Matcha sponge, crème chantilly & fresh strawberries. Handmade with Matcha from Japan, fair trade vanilla and regional* organic strawberries.
Refreshing lemon cream, thyme-scented plant-based meringue. Handmade with organic lemons grown in Europe, fresh organic thyme and lots of love.
Chocolate sponge, candied yuzu, rich chocolate ganache & dark chocolate yuzu drip. Handmade with fair trade chocolate, Japanese yuzu and lots of love.
